Need to Close
The pipeline is there. STS is locked in at $100K. Two or three more conversions get us to $200K. The challenge is converting leads, not finding them.

What's Working, What's Not

Working

Board intros convert. Dan sourced 4 leads worth $150K+. Personal intros are our best channel by far.
The tier model resonates. Prospects understand the structure. No pushback on pricing.
Assets are clear and credible. GES, Stanford, Meet Ups, Podcast. Sponsors see the value.

Challenging

!
Long sales cycles. Senior execs are hard to pin down. Scheduling takes weeks.
!
Leads go cold. Lost $100K to non-responsiveness. Need faster re-engagement.
!
Narrow sourcing. Most pipeline came from one board officer. Need more of you in the funnel.

What We Need from You

1. Make One Intro
Dan sourced 4 leads worth $150K+ with email intros. You each know someone at a bank, law firm, or professional services firm that would value EN association. One warm email intro is all it takes.
2. Nudge Your Intros
If you've already made an intro that stalled, a quick "Did you connect?" text re-opens the door. Warm follow-up beats cold outreach every time.
3. Host a Meet Up
Meet Ups are our most scalable asset. Host 1-2 in your city. Great for local engagement and natural sponsorship activation.
4. Tell Us What's Missing
We built this from scratch. Does the tier structure make sense? Is the pricing right? What would make you more comfortable making intros?
